Applicants can be added from agency offices with all contact details, solicitor information and of course search criteria including all aspects of the type of property they require, whether it's purchase and/or rental.
Applicants can also add their own details via the web site. Notification is sent through to the agency of such additions whereby any follow up action can be taken.

All applicant activities cross reference with suitable properties within the events system and accurate and concise records of details sent, giving a complete history.
